I strive to create a safe and nurturing space, that facilitates empowerment and healing, along with opportunities to develop skills that can increase self-reflection and improve the quality of relationships. I honor the courage it takes to seek support and deeply appreciate the privilege, as well as the transformative power of working collaboratively with clients. The foundation of my therapeutic approach is systemic, which assists me to have a better understanding of a person’s experiences, by taking multi-layered contexts and relational dynamics into consideration. I am currently only working with adults, and offer sessions through telehealth. My role is to support clients in achieving goals, whether it be for self-exploration, navigating challenges or wanting to enhance or maintain quality of life. I am a trauma-informed therapist who highlights strengths, and believes that every individual possesses the innate power of making meaningful changes.
